Signed faxed, emailed or mailed, or electronic submittal on Planet Bids quotes, subject to the Request For Quotations Provisions and Specifications, will be received at the Purchasing Office 635 1ST Street – Second Floor, Santa Rosa, CA 95404, until 4:00 p.m., January 31, 2018, for furnishing the supplies and/or services described in the accompanying Schedule. The City of Santa Rosa desires to contract for the Pony Ride Concession located at Howarth Park, Santa Rosa, CA. 95405 in compliance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. I. SCOPE OF WORK The City of Santa Rosa requests bids from qualified contractors for the purpose of furnishing to the City all animals, qualified labor, equipment and transportation necessary to perform Pony Ride Concession Services at Howarth Park, Santa Rosa, California. The services to be performed under the resulting agreement are described in Exhibit “A” included herein. It is the intent to award for a three year period, with two one-year renewal options.
