The City of Long Beach is seeking a supplier for furnishing and delivering pontoons (floatation devices used to keep marina docks afloat) to the Department of Parks, Recreation & Marine. The pontoons shall be fiberglass over ½” plywood or hollow polyethylene. All pontoons shall have a two-inch (2”) hole at one end with a two-inch (2”) plug to cover hole. No foam filled pontoons may be used. See Attachment “B” photo sample. Vendor shall include a photo sample of their pontoon. The deadline to submit questions in writing is 9/29/14 by 4:00 PM. The Q & A will be posted on 10/3/14 by 4:00 PM.
