This requirement is sole source to Forte' Product Solutions, 4801 Main Street, Suite 205, Kansas City, Missouri 64412 due the MOLDING COMPANY, INC.,dba Forte' Product Solutions due to Forte' Product Solutions currently holds proprietary set ups for all post molding operations and assembly. These work documents are proprietary to them and cannot be duplicated by another suppler and compatibility must be maintained in existing equipment. Any firms believing that they can provide this equipment may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Pontoon Sections without causing programmatic hardship.
