This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the capability and availability of commercial sources to provide PolyMedco Test Materials. The US Naval Hospital Guam, Contracting Branch is conducting market research for the attached requirement(s) list. The contractor shall furnish documentation showing the ability to provide such supplies and services in accordance with the attached item list. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP).
Responses to this notice should include:
1) A written narrative of contractor's capability to provide the requirement and/or marketing materials that identify the features of their particular enterprise;
2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 339112, size standard 500 employees;
3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code;
4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business;
