The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital (TSH) is seeking a contractor to provide POLYGRAPH SERVICES for consumers in our Sexual Responsibility Treatment Program located at State Route 1014, Torrance, PA 15779, Westmoreland County. The term of this contract will be four years. Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on the needs of the facility. Bids are due December 6, 2021, at 2:00 pm and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all contracted years and provide appropriate responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation. Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.
