The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Lafayette Instrument Company for the LX4000 Polygraph System. This implementation is a follow-on effort to purchase equipment previously accomplished under an existing purchase order. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
