The requirement includes sixteen (16) LX5000 Nine Channel Data Acquisition System (DAS) Instrument Upgrade Kit including: EDA Assembly, Cardio Pump and Gauge Assembly, Upper and Lower Pneumograph Assembly, Standard Sized Kovacic Cuff, Carrying Case OSS2, OSS3, and Polyscore Chart Scoring Algorithms, 3 year warranty on ins,trument, 1 year warranty on components.  The required delivery date is September 23, 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516.
