TWO (2) POLARIS 1000 AND ONE (1) POLARIS 570 UTV’S The City of Ozark Public Works Department is soliciting Sealed Bids to provide for purchase of two (2) Polaris Ranger 1000 in Sagebrush Green and one (1) Polaris 570 full size in Sagebrush Green. Sealed bids labeled “Sealed Bids” “PW UTV Bid” will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 2, 2022. A Public Bid opening shall be held at that date and time at the Ozark City Hall, 205 N. 1st St., in Ozark, Missouri. The City retains the right to reject any and all bids. If a bid is selected, the awarded party shall be required to enter into a contract with the City; said contract in substantially in that form as the draft contract available along with the entire specification on the City of Ozark website at: www.ozarkmissouri.com.
