DESC: The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB intends to solicit and award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Pointwise Inc., 213 S Jennings Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104-1107. The following service will be procured:

CLIN 0001, Reinstatement Fee for Pointwise Perpetual Licenses from 1 Dec 11 - 31 May 12

CLIN 0002, Pointwise Perpetual License from 1 June 12 - 31 May 13

CLIN 0003, Option for Pointwise Perpetual License from 1 June 13 - 31 May 14

Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a proposal/quote in response to this request and in accordance with FAR Part 12.

Anticipated Award Date is 29 May 2012.
