Work shall consist of replacement of shingled pitched roofs at two (2) gymnasiums and one (1) warehouse with new metal roof systems and new modified bitumen low slope roofing system on low slope area of adjacent roofs. Hardening of modular buildings to include new roof and trim, new soffit construction and anchoring and metal skirting. Bids must be submitted on documents provided.
