Public Notice ---Notice to Bidders the Pointe Coupee Parish Government is seeking sealed bids for the renovation to the Pointe Coupee Parish Courthouse in New Roads, LA. Complete bid documents can be obtained electronically from Stout Architecture, LLC by email [email protected] or can be downloaded from Central Bidding. Bids need to include the company name, contractor’s license number, contact person and phone number. Bids must be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Government by 2:00 pm on October 24, 2023. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 am on October 11, 2023, at the Pointe Coupee Courthouse at 201 East Main, New Roads, LA 70760. The contractor must have a Building Construction license in the State of Louisiana. The right is reserved by the owner to reject all bids and to waive any information.
