The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidder's for a Firm Fixed Price Non-Personal Service purchase order for a podiatrist to provide services two (2) days per month at the Wagner Health Care Facility in Wagner, South Dakota.  The period of performance will be from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009.  The contractor will work approximately two (2) days per month.  The unit price is an all inclusive cost which is to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes.  Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 7, 2008.  The closing date of this RFQ package is August 22, 2008.
