This contract is to secure rental housing for agency smokejumper pilots that are temporarily detailed to McCall, Idaho from their regular duty station of Ogden, Utah. The desire is to secure 3 individual accommodations located within 15 miles of McCall, Idaho city center for approximately 5 months per year (May through September).   This will be a firm-fixed price contract with a Base and 4 Option Years - Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW) is included and Attachment 2 – Wage Determination 2015-5513 Rev. 18, dated 7/21/2022 is included.  Period of Performance will be 3/01/2023 through 2/28/2028.
