PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Menifee hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites sealed bids for the above stated Project up to time of 4:00 p.m., March 4, 2022. The work will generally consist of: · Applying a slurry and cape seal to the existing pavement · Signing and striping · ADA ramp improvements Refer to Construction Drawings (exhibit A) for exact limits of work. LOCATION OF WORK The work to be constructed is located in two neighborhoods off of Brandley Rd near Potomac and La Piedra Road in the City of Menifee. (See Exhibit A for project location) Please note A hard copy of the entire bid package including all original notarized documents must be received within 24 hours of the submittal deadline to be consider responsive to this NIB.
