The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is soliciting for capability statements from all interested Small Business parties who can provide PM for PANALYTICAL MRD Difractometer purchased in 2009 for the Electromagnetics Division, in accordance with the attached SOW, located at NIST in Boulder, Colorado. The NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 811219, and the Small Business size standard is $19M.

NIST is requesting examples of data related to the ability to meet the proprietary technical specifications identified in the attached Statement of Work.
