Services Non-Personal:  The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Spectro Analytical Instruments, Inc, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services:   The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc.), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Over and Above on the ARCOS (ICPS) unit located in Building 3001 at TAFB.  The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with IAW terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A.

A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated.   

The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 May 2017 through 30 April 2018

With 4 option years.

The estimated award date is 11 October 2016.
