The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide a Full Service Contract to include all Preventive Maintenance Services (PM) and regular/emergency repairs to be provided at PIMC in order to keep the Integrated Digital Radiographic Fluoroscopy System Equipment in perfect operating condition at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in Phoenix, Arizona. Services shall be performed at PIMC, 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Government intends to award one Contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about May 31, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.
