Project Summary:

The sink plumbing in Oak Dormitory consists of flexible plastic piping connecting the sink drain pipe to pvc trap. The flexible plumbing is not properly installed and is merely inserted into the pvc trap. This installation has allowed the drained water to leak inside the vanity cabinet. The leaking plumbing installation has caused permanent damage to the vanity cabinet and mold growth at the bottom of the cabinet. Contractor will replace flexible plumbing with hard schedule 40 plumbing.
