This sources-sought notice is a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the interest, resources, and capability to provide these services. In particular, the APHIS Procurement Branch seeks to identify interested and capable small-business concerns and to receive industry feedback to improve the acquisition process. The result of this research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
We contemplate the award of a commercial, firm-fixed price contract with a base period and three option years. The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 541380, with a small business size standard of $15 million. The Government will not award a contract based on this sources-sought notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for the information they provide.
This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. There is no solicitation at this time. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is voluntary. If your organization has the capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: organization name, point of contact, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, DUNS number, and size and type of ownership of the organization.
Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
