SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit a long term contract for the NSN listed below.  The purpose of this synopsis is to identify qualified vendors capable of manufacturing items in accordance with the requirements listed below.  Please review the below NSNs and provide us with any additional sources that are able to manufacture these items.  Please provide the company name, city and state OR country if applicable, and POCs with telephone, fax and/or email information.  All of this information can be submitted to [email protected].  Phone 614 692-2872. While DLA Land & Maritime may have drawings/specifications associated with these items, only the sources listed below are currently approved. Sources interested in becoming approved sources for this NSN must submit the appropriate information as outlined in DLAD 52.217-9002, Conditions for Evaluation and Acceptance of Offers for Part Numbered Items. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.  Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).  The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part

Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is for market research purposes only. Any information submitted is at the company's own expense. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of capability statements in connection with the market survey. Any information provided is voluntary.
