List additional resources available to supplement assignments in event of illness, resignation or other unavoidable occurrences; a description of design phase quality management, including a description of quality control activities for each deliverable, ensure interdisciplinary coordination & constructability throughout the design phase; description of relevant projects completed by lead design professional, listing key personnel & contact information for each project example; an assessment of key project issues & risks, including an assessment of schedule, budget, municipal approvals, other major issues that could be expected to be encountered & how they would be handled; identification of special investigations, studies or testing that might be anticipated; a description of how diversity will be accomplished within the team; evidence the firm is fiscally stable (credit ratings, financial audits, etc.); a list of professional liability claims and/or legal actions within the last ten years including bankruptcies, ownership changes, etc. & a non-binding fee proposal.
