The NRC intends to award a sole source contract for a subscription to access Platts electronic newsletters.  The electronic subscription will allow the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) access to the Nucleonics Week, Nuclear News Flashes, Inside NRC and NuclearFuel Uranium solely published and distributed by Platts.  The subscription allows NRC staff including senior management access to information relevant to the nuclear industry and in support of the agency's mission.
