The purpose of this amendment, Amendment No. 002 is to extend the due date to no later than 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time September 14, 2012 and will be accepted by e-mail to [email protected]. The basis is due to no quotes being received within the original timeframe; however this is still a Government requirement. Interested parties shall submit a quote in accordance with the instructions as originally described herein. Evaluation and award will still be made based upon lowest price technically acceptable response received.
