The BEP will conduct a site visit for all interested offerors promptly at 10:00 am, EDT on Thursday, 4 August 2016.

Interested vendors shall meet at:

(located across the street from the Holocaust Museum)

Interested parties who are confirmed should be at the 14th Street entrance no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the visit. Please be advised that there is high volume traffic coming into the city.

Note: Parking will not be provided for this site visit.

All interested vendors attending the site visit will need to forward the full name of the representative who will be attending as it appears on their Identification (i.e., Driver License or Passport) to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 12:00 pm EST Wednesday, 3 August 2016
