The NAVAIR PEO JSF, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to acquire a AC30-60-4301S Platform Weighing System with AC 30-60-2R32 Two Stage Ramp for the JSF Project . The Government contemplates a firm fixed price contract and intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Intercomp under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received in response to this notice must be received by 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on September 20, 2010 and will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
