The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to place an order with XSYS Print Solutions, for the following item: (300ea) PLATES BLANK OFFSET BASF WS WS II 73 W (29.72 INCH X 33.071 INCH) FOR USE IN THE OFFSET PLATE MAKING SECTION. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used.
