The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology, La Jolla, CA 92037.  This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

1.  Task I: Predict MHC Class I and II epitopes for prioritized P. falciparum proteins 1 to 400 according to the LJI optimized proprietary integrated multiple omics datasets and based on HLA data from 28 research subjects Dr. Sedegah under new contract. - 1 LO.;

2. Task 2: Predict MHC Class I and II epitopes within the three Navox vaccine antigens, CSP, AMA1,  and TRAP, based on HLA typing data for 40 subjects that will be enrolled in the Navox trial. NMRC (Dr. Sedegah) will provide HLA data to LJI (Dr. Bjoern Peters). - 1 LO.


The NAICS code for this action is 541714. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items.
