Quotes will not be accepted after the quote closing time and date. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the quote specifications. This Invitation to Submit Quotations does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any quoter in the submission of a quote. Project Description In general, work includes provision of planting services for native wetland, riparian, and/or upland plants and conducting other planting-related tasks on City-owned or managed natural areas on an "as needed" basis. The contract term will be for one (1) year with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
