This solicitation is for the upgrade of three seedling cooler refrigeration units (with option for additional 3 units) with high-efficiency liquid-cooled units at the El Dorado National Forest Nursery. Included in the work is the evaluation, removal and disposal of the old refrigeration units and the installation of new units. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
