Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.  DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests.  Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package.  A solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) and will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 21 each.  This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 449 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance Origin. PPIRS applies.
