This special notice is in accordance with FAR 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Action.  The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate, Division III, on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security, Science and Technology Division (DHS S&T), is the contracting office for this procurement.  The purpose of this notice is to announce the intent to award a firm-fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to PitchBook in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).  DHS S&T located in Washington, DC has a requirement to purchase a PitchBook Boutique Subscription Service that provides Private Equity and Venture Capital Data.  The acquired information will be used by DHS S&T in support of their Small Business Innovation Research Program Commercialization Readiness Pilot Program.

It is anticipated that this Purchase Order will be awarded on or before September 25, 2015 with a 12 month period of performance.
