The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) had a requirement for Pistols with extended magazines, night sights, extended slide stop and magazine releases for the Office of Training. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to award a sole source award to Glock Inc., as they are the only producer of this type of pistol. A limited source justification is approved and in the file. Responses shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than May 6 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
