The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for 200 pistols with extended slide stop and magazine catch, and six (6) magazines each. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to award a single purchase order to Glock, Inc. as it is the manufacturer of the particular type of pistol being requested by the Office of Training. A brand name justification is approved and in the file. Responses shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than September 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
