The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for the resurfacing of the parking lot at Pinecrest Gardens, 11000 Red Road, Pinecrest, Florida 33156. The project includes milling and resurfacing of the asphalt parking lot, new striping, new curb installation, minor drainage improvements including catch basins and exfiltration trenches, minor parking lot reconstruction, driveway entrance reconstruction, swale grading and sod.
