The 4th Contracting Squadron (4 CONS) is seeking small businesses to provide all tools, materials, equipment, personnel, transportation, storage and any related items and logistics necessary to deliver, remove, and install Xli Edge Pin-spotters (or equal) for the 4th Force Support Squadron (FSS) Bowling Alley located on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base with a delivery date not to exceed 120 days from the date of award.

Items to be installed:

All items delivered and installed shall be new (not refurbished) and shall be compatible with "Conqueror Pro" computer software.

a. Eight (8) Pairs -Xli Edge Pin-spotter, 220V, 60 Hz or equal
b. One (1) Each - Xli Edge Standard Spare Kit, 220V, 60 Hz or equal
c. Sixteen (16) Each - AMF Style Pin-spotter Replacement Kickbacks or equal
d. Eight (8) Each - Dura Bowl Glow Cover Board Kit, including Down Sweep Enclosure or equal
e. Eight (8) Pairs - Rad-aray Xli Chassis or equal
f. One (1) Each - Rad-aray Xli Spare Parts Kit or equal
g. On-site Pin-spotter Maintenance Training

LOCATION: This performance is to be accomplished at building 3730, 1290 Andrews St., Seymour Johnson AFB, NC 27531.

SCHEDULING: Prior coordination for the removal/disposal and installation of equipment shall be coordinated with the Bowling Center Manager or his designated representative.

Acceptable bowling center downtime, from the date of removal/disposal to installation shall not exceed 14 business days.

HOURS OF OPERATION: The Contractor's work week shall be M-F from 7:00 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST not including Federal holidays.

The Contractor shall adjust work schedules around the following recognized federal holidays:

Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday Columbus Day
President's Day Veteran's Day
Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day
Independence Day Christmas Day
