First Piece Production Lot Inspection/Testing Applies. CDRL Provisions Apply. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 21 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1620-00-004-9881, PR 0041402186 originally solicited as SPM4A5-11-Q-4345. Delivery requirement is 590 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
