Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Concord Township for Pickleball Courts Phase 2 until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 28th day of February, at which time and place they will be publicly read at the Concord Township Building, 43 S. Thornton Road, Glen Mills PA 19342. All documents and solicitations details are available online anytime at no cost at PennBid™ (www.ebidexchange.com\PennBID.net). Note, PennBIDTM assesses a fee to the bidder who is issued the award. Click on the “Solicitations” and “View” tabs. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. The project involves the installation of six (6) pickleballs courts at the Municipal Complex at 43 S. Thornton Road. Work under this contract includes earthwork, retaining wall installation, fence installation, concrete pickleball courts and various pickleball appurtenances. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
