This request for quotes is a total set aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered for an award.

Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) is soliciting a request for quotes to provide a Physicist in accordance with the attached Scope of Work for Service Units located under the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) located in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price, FOB destination and all items must provide a quote to be considered for award. 

The Government anticipates to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award, firm fixed-price, FOB destination and include any discounts for service contract with a base period of twelve months an additional four year option periods. All quotes submitted must be in conformance with the scope of work. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
