The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a technical change to the Governments minimum required specifications and extend the due date for quotes as follows:

1. Line Item 0001, Primary Specifications, specification 6 is amended to read as follows:

From:
6. The developer module system shall be supplied with a brushless servomotor capable of providing spin speeds up to 4000 rpm under substrate load conditions.

To:
6. The developer module system shall be supplied with a brushless servomotor capable of providing spin speeds up to 3000 rpm under substrate load conditions.

2. The due date for quotes has been extended as follows:

From: August 23, 2010 @ 3pm EST

To: September 13, 2010 @ 3pm EST
