PHOTOCOPIER EQUIPMENT LEASE AND MAINTANANCE SERVICES CONTRACT

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract for photocopier machine lease and photocopier machine maintenance at the Metropolitan Detention Center, located at the intersection of Road 28 and Road 165, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, 00956. The small business size standard for this requirement is $32.5 million and the NAICS is 532420. The contractor will provide 15 photocopier machines of different capacities, all required supplies (not to include paper) for copier equipment, equipment maintenance, and repairs during a twelve-month initial performance period and with four possible one-year options. Monthly usage and capacity needed for each instrument will vary.

The monthly estimates for copier usage in print amounts are as follows:

• One (1) copier will have an average usage of 1,000 prints.

• Four (4) copiers will have average 2,000 prints.

• Three (3) copiers will have an average usage of 3,000 prints.

• Four (4) copiers will have an average of 8,000 prints.

• Three (3) copiers will have an average of 25,000 prints.

All Bureau of Prisons security standards and procedures will be complied with by the contractor's. All contractors will be licensed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, meet all regulatory, and license requirements in that location. The work estimated start date is October 1, 2020.
