This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is NOT a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of commercially available products/services that may be of interest to the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG).
The Texas National Guard is looking to purchase 5x photo booths for recruiting marketing events. At a minimum, the booths should have the following features/capabilities:
-Color printer
-Internet connectivity capabilities
-Capable of being assembled and reassembled
-Shall be wrapped or imprinted with a design to be provided by the Government.
-Include a traveling case -Photosharing capability through email/text/ and social media
-Customizable onscreen menus with minimal options of logo and language selection
-Software package includes customization of print templates
-Embedded marketing capability including survey/data collection to include social media integration (i.e. prompting users to like Recruiting’s Facebook page prior to uploading photos to social media.
