The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue solicitation N65236-06-R-0891 as a sole source commercial item contract pursuant to the test procedures under FAR 13.5 to RRT, Inc., 59 Jack Ellington Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. The procurement covers the purchase of two (2) each 4 Phone NEMO Systems to be integrated into the existing base-lined Joint Threat Warning Systems. RRTi is the original equipment manufacturer and has proprietary design rights to meet specific critical design, functional and operational requirements for the Special Operations Forces. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 5895. The NAICS Code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees.
