The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to CEPEDA Associates, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), for a Firm Fixed-Price contract. This would require the contractor to perform pier-side intrusive material inspections of CO2 Removal Units, Scrubber No. 1, Scrubber No. 2, and CO H2 removal units, Burner No. 1 and Burner No. 2 onboard a Virginia-class submarine.

Written offers should be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure as identified in the attached solicitation. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05, DFARS DPN 20200408, and NMCARS.18-10.
