It is essential that EMS services possess the capability to accurately monitor the patient's blood pressure, end tidal carbon dioxide, electrocardiogram, blood oxygen levels, and respiratory rates. The EMS Service needs to have a biphasic defibrillator with the capability to provide real time CPR feedback. The monitor must be able to transmit data to receiving facilities prior to arrival of EMS and be able to store data for later retrieval. The monitor must be able to print rhythm strips on minimum 75mm paper to facilitate 12 lead EKG interpretation. The monitor must have a minimum rating of IP24 to allow for use outdoors. Need 4 each.
