1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and FOB Destination delivery, of a total of 12,000 Double Bubble Packets of MCH anti-aggregation Pheromones and 3,500 packets of verbenone pheromones, or equivalent.

2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, via this FBO posting or via email to Daniel Franco, [email protected] and Chris Stacy, [email protected] no later than 1201, Pacific Time, 13 September 2018.

3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued.

4. This acquisition is a full and open solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 5325320 (Pesticide and other agricultural chemical manufacturing) and the size standard is 1,000 employees.

5. Submit a unit price quote and total delivered price quote for supply and delivery of all items.

6. A quote must be submitted for all contract line item numbers (CLINs). Submit the attached Quote Request. Price quotes for each CLIN should indicate the purchase price inclusive of, if applicable, sales tax. The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but may be liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona.

8. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, IAW the Terms and Conditions (Attachment 1).

9. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price, technical conformity to specifications, and ability to meet delivery date. The offer/quotation that is most advantageous to the Government, based on these factors, will be selected for award.

10. Additional provisions and clauses applicable to this solicitation are attached as Attachment (1).

11. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Forest Service.

12. A single award is contemplated; however, the government reserves the right to decrease or increase quantities in accordance with pricing and availability of funds.
