The City of Waycross is requesting sealed bids for the City of Waycross Armory Renovations. Bidding specifications and construction documents may be obtained by providing a written request, e-mail format is acceptable, to Douglas A. Bidding specifications and construction documents will be sent in electronic PDF format at no cost. Hard copies will be available with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit for each set of documents. Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM (EST) on April 20, 2023. No bid documents will be accepted after 2:00 PM (EST) on April 20, 2023. A Mandatory Pre-bid conference will be held at the site at 2:00 PM (EST) on March 23, 2023. Bidders will meet at the Site located at 718 Garlington Avenue, Waycross, Georgia.
