As noted within the solicitation packet (see Section L, 452.237-71), there is a virtual pre-proposal meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 25, 2024 from 1000 - 1200 (Alaska Time, ADT) via Microsoft Teams. In order to facilitate conference participation, it is requested that you contact Logan Wild ([email protected]) by 2:00 pm ADT on 07/24/2024 and provide the name and email address of attendees.

Additionally, the cut-off for questions (RFI's) to the solicitation will be close of business (1630 ADT) on Friday, August 9, 2024. Please see Section J, Attachment #7 for RFI submittal format.

Please note: No substitution requests will be considered prior to award.

Offerors must respond as described in Sections L and M. Proposals that fail to provide a complete response to the Technical Evaluation Factors (Section M) may be rejected and not considered further.
