The project consists of reconfiguring the existing gravel parking area. Improvements include: Demolition and excavation of existing parking lot and trail Site clearing and grading, topsoil spreading, seeding, and mulching Implementation of Erosion & Sedimentation Control devices Asphalt paving of parking area and path connecting the parking area to the launch ramp and pavilion ADA accessible parking space Split Rail Fence and Gate Decorative concrete Trailhead and ADA signage The proposed improvements will help support the existing use of the boat launch facility, will make the facility ADA accessible, and will provide much needed comfort and accommodate a growing number of visitors to the park
