This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation Number 1282A720Q0020 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03.

This acquisition will be set aside for Small Business Concerns.  The Small Business Set Aside Standard for NAICS Code 561710 is 12.00. 

Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment (except as otherwise specified herein); and plan, schedule, and coordinate as necessary to provide Pest Control Services to Ft. Simcoe Job Corps Center (JCC), to ensure effective performance of all supplies as specified in the Request for Quotes (RFQ). 

The period of performance is expected to be a March 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021 with four option years.

No mileage or compensation will be allowed for travel to and from the Ft. Simcoe JCC.  The Contractor shall be fully responsible for providing a Pest Control Services as indicated herein for the location listed below:
