Hanscom AFB personnel - as well as some Hanscom AFB personnel located on the MITRE campus (located at 202 Burlington Road Bedford Massachusetts 01730) - may be required to relocate either within their current building or move to a different building within the Hanscom AFB Installation located in Bedford Massachusetts 01731. Hanscom AFB personnel may also be required to move off Base into leased facilities.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.101 "non-personal services", this requirement is for non- personal services, meaning that the personnel rendering the service(s) under this blanket purchase agreement (BPA) are not subject , either by the BPA terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees;
